Professional Rescuer Instruction:
*You must be 15 on or before the start of class*
- Lifeguard Training - $300 - Includes classroom and water training before administering the Red Cross examination.
- Lifeguard Recertification- $200.00 - Includes review of necessary material and recertification process. Available only to those who have already been through the full lifeguarding course.
- CPR/First Aid– $100 - We have a training site or we will come to you for CPR to make it more convenient for large groups or companies. Review of necessary skills and recertification course is also offered for $75.
Swim Lessons:

Swim lesson stages:
Mommy and Me Swim Lessons – Newborn – 3 yrs. Old - Parents are instructed how to safely work with their child in the water.
Toddler / Preschool:
For children ages 2 – 5. Designed to orient preschool-age children to
the aquatic environment and to begin working on basic aquatic skills
such as enter & exit the water, blow bubbles through mouth &
nose, go under water, bobbing, front & back glides, retrieve
submerged objects and learn how to stay safe in the water.
School Age Levels (Ages 6 and over)
Level 1:
Introduction to Water Safety
Purpose: Help students feel comfortable in the water.
Major Skills: Independent floating on the front and back.
Level 2:
Fundamental Aquatic Skills
Purpose: Gives students success with fundamental skills.
Main focus will be on floats, glides, treading water and swimming on front and back.
Major Skills: Swimming 15 feet on the front and back using a combined arm and leg motion.
Level 3:
Stroke Development
Builds on the skills in Level 2 through additional guided practice.
Will work on breathing, kneeling/standing dives, front and back crawl, elementary backstroke and dolphin kick.
Major Skills: Swimming 15 yards of front and back crawl.
Level 4:
Stroke Improvement
Purpose: Develops confidence in the skills learned and improves other aquatic skills.
Will work on front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, butterfly, scissor kick and diving.
Major Skills: Swimming 25 yards of front and back crawl and 15 yards of elementary backstroke and breaststroke.
*Adult and Special needs are done according to each individual’s skill level.
Swim Team Development
This class will combine drills and distance swims to help a child/Adult
either prepare for swim team or triathlon swims or simply swim to
increase health and fitness.
